Katharine McPhee is moving on after American Idol. At least, that’s how it appears in her latest interview with OK! magazine. Katherine is looking for bigger and better things. And I suspect one of those things is a brand spanking new recording contract. Honestly, Katherine is a good singer, but I’m not convinced that she is a great singer. But hey, she is still a great person and she is very photogenic! The recording industry is tough and full of great singers, so I wish Katharine McPhee the best.

Jennifer Aniston is back in Vogue magazine and the actress is speaking out. It is a simple message regarding her on-again relationship with John Mayer: “People need to mind their own business,” the actress tells Vogue in its December issue. Jennifer, 39, understands why so many people are intrigued by their romance. For one, there’s the age difference. John is eight years younger and the musician has had high-profile past relationships with starlets like Jessica Simpson.

“Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense?” Jennifer says, jokingly comparing her relationship to equally unexpected celebrity couples. “Did Susan Anton and Dudley Moore make sense? Wait! I got more!”

When the couple met at an Oscar party last February, Jennifer Aniston says she “barely knew his music.” But the two began dating, she flew to England where the rocker was touring, and their relationship developed before the cameras. But what was she thinking?

“You know, it isn’t designed,” Jennifer says. “Love just shows up and you go, Oh, wow, this is going to be a hayride and a half.”

Blake Lively tells W magazine that the best part of being on Gossip Girl for Blake is having nice handbags. “I probably have, like, 60 gorgeous bags. I have a closet with my really sharp, fancy, nice ones – the ones that go with my Valentino pumps, for example. And then I have a closet with the ones that are a little more rugged-feeling, the kind that go with my Belstaff motorcycle boots,” the actress said.

Blake, who maintains a low-key personal life, also says that rumors of tension with costar Leighton Meister are nothing more than speculative trash talk, so all that jive can be laid to rest. Blake Lively told W:

“I’ve never really had a competitive relationship in any work situation,” she says. “The media is always trying to pit us against each other, I guess because it’s just not interesting to say, ‘Everyone gets along; everybody just works 18-hour days and goes home to sleep.’ That’s not fun to read, I guess.”

Lindsay Lohan is featured in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazzar and the young celebrity looks good. And although she tells Bazaar that she is dating a Samantha Ronson, she does not consider herself to be a lesbian. The question I pose is:  How can you be dating (and everything that comes with it) a female and be a female yourself, but not be a lesbian? Not sure, but sometimes people play games with themselves in their heads. This wouldn’t be Lindsay Lohan’s first time to do that. She looks great, anyway!

Carrie Underwood teamed up with the people over at Elle magazine for an new interview and a photo shoot. Carrie looks great in these photos, but that is nothing new. The former American Idol star and current country music singer has successfully rolled her Idol stint and reality show win into one heck of a career! It’s nice to see that Carrie Underwood is doing well, but I’m wondering about the rest of the U.S. right now.   

Actress Anne Hathaway is working with Lancome to make a little extra spending money, but she is also getting to look and smell good in the process. She is so lucky! Super mega-star big-screen actress Angelina Jolie is featured in the December issue of Harper’s Bazaar and the actress gets up close and person with the editors, at least according to the cover. In the magazine, she talks about growing up and some of her personal values. Angelina Jolie even touches on her parents and said this of her mother:

“My mom was really soft-spoken. But if anybody crossed her children, she somehow found this remarkable strength.”

Maria Menounos not only looks good in this great black dress, but she is a good person as well! These photos of Maria are from a benefit to help raise money to aid AIDS research. The event was actually called the Best in Drag Aid for AIDS Benefit and it took place in Los Angeles. It’s good to see Maria Menounos and other celebrities like her using their status to help others!
