Ashlee Simpson and her fiance were invited and attended the White House Correspodent’s Dinner over the weekend and Ashlee, at least, looked great! One question I do have:  Does Pete Wentz ever smile? I think Ashlee is a really great girl, having lived in the shadow of her older sister Jessica and now making a name for herself, but I think Pete is a total dork!

As much as they are in love and are going to get married — I hate to say it — but it will not last! Ashlee always appears upbeat and happy and Pete is such a perpetual downer. Dud! Boo! If they do end up walking up the aisle and getting married, I give the marriage about a year before divorce papers are filed! Sorry, Ash!
