Anne Hathaway is becoming a really big deal. The actress is moving from smaller movies that are geared at a younger audience to movies that are more mainstream. As she’s aged she’s become more visible and her classic good looks have guys taking notice.

With that said, here is Anne at Spike TV Guy’s Choice Awards. I don’t know what exactly she won, but being the awards show is called guy’s choice, I’m sure it was something stupid. Hey, but Anne Hathaway got to take home a big rack — because the trophies looked like deer antlers. Genius. 

So what’s the deal with Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo? Although it seems rumors of a split continue to fly in, the couple did attended Ashlee Simpson’s private wedding over the weekend. That does not spell break up! Jessica and Tony were seen together Friday in L.A. and then again during Ashlee’s rehearsal dinner. A source close to the situation said:

“They were very cozy and cute together. She’s definitely not mourning John Mayer! She was in an amazing mood and so happy her sister was getting married.”

As for Saturday’s wedding and “Alice In Wonderland” themed reception, Tony Romo continued to shower the Jessica Simpson with tons of attention. “They were kissing and holding hands throughout the night,” added the insider. “He was very sweet to her. They were very much a couple.”

Ashlee Simpson and “Fall Out Boy” bassist Pete Wentz were married Saturday night in what turned out to be a very unconvential wedding ceremony! Ashlee’s father, Joe Simpson, presided over the wedding ceremony which — get this – had an “Alice in Wonderland” theme! Jessica Simpson was on hand as the maid of honor.

The wedding ceremony took place in the backyard of Joe and Tina Simpson’s Encino home and was attended by approximately 150 guests. Celebrities on hand included Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, “Scrubs” actor Donald Faison and girlfriend Cacee Cobb, as well as everyone’s favorite boyfriend, Tony Romo.

Reports indicate Ashlee wore an ivory lace Monique Lhuillier dress and a diamond necklace with matching earrings, while Pete wore a Dior Homme tuxedo. The wedding pictures are already sold to “People” magazine, but no one knows how much they went for.

Taylor Swift officially won best New Female Vocalist last night at the Country Music Awards and she even performed the last 30-seconds of her song “Should Have Said No” in the rain! Taylor looked great and was also in fine voice as she sang “Our Song” and “Picture to Burn” at other times throughout the evening.

CMT says of Taylor’s performance: 

“It was interesting to see the attention to detail that has gone into her live presentation. In an era when nearly all backing musicians — and many male artists — hit the floor dressed in jeans while looking as though they just tumbled from their bunks on the tour bus, Swift’s musicians were attired in dark suits.

In fact, a couple of them looked like they’d just come from the hairstylist. This doesn’t make them better musicians, of course, but a youthful, sharply-dressed entourage is likely to have a special appeal among Swift’s core audience.”

Congratulations are in order for Taylor Swift!

A rep for singer Ashlee Simpson just confirmed that she did marry rocker Pete Wentz in an intimate ceremony Saturday evening. The couple exchanged vows in front of over 150 guests at Ashlee’s parent’s home located in California. A person from Ash’s camp said:

“We’re delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married this evening in front of family and close friends.”

Ashlee Simpson, 23, and Pete Wentz, 28, were actually married by her father, Joe Simpson. The singer wore an ivory lace gown by Monique Lhuillier, and took a hands on role in preparation for the wedding ceremony. And yes Jessica Simpson was at the ceremony and was the maid of honor.  Among the guests were Jessica’s boyfriend Tony Romo, Nicole Richie, and boyfriend Joel Madden.

“Around noon on Saturday, the groom arrived via limo at the Encinco, Calif., home of Ashlee’s dad Joe Simpson, who also officiated over the non-denominational ceremony under white tents. Big sis Jess, who arrived with on-off beau Tony Romo before noon in the Employee of the Month star’s Range Rover, was maid of honor. According to reports, Pete’s bulldog Hemingway served as ring-bearer.”

It seems country singer Carrie Underwood is the all-time most popular“American Idol” winner according to a poll released today by AOL Television. The poll, conducted May 9-16, received more than 1.3 million votes. Carrie, the 2005 “American Idol” winner who went on to win Grammy, American Music, Billboard and Country Music Association awards, was voted the most popular “Idol” by a whopping 54 percent of those taking part. Kelly Clarkson, who was the original “Idol” back in 2002, finished second with 26 percent of votes. Congrats to Carrie Underwood on an outstanding career thus far — but we expect more great thing in the future!

Other “Idol” wannabes didn’t fair so well — Jason Castro was voted the most overrated contestant this season, according to the poll. With the most watched television show reaching its climax this week, finalists David Archuleta, 17, and David Cook, 25, the poll shows that these two are running neck and neck in terms of best performances of the seventh season. David A.’s rendering of John Lennon’s “Imagine” in February was rated best of the season by 35 percent of those taking part, with David C.’s rock version of the Michael Jackson hit “Billie Jean” back in March also getting 35 percent.

Kate Hudson is doing fine following her recent split with actor Owen Wilson. Kate’s mother, Goldie Hawn, stepped forward and said the actress is “doing really well” after the break up. The divided couple comes as a surprise after Kate, 29, and Owen, 39, rekindled their romance just earlier this year. Goldie specificially said of Kate:

“She’s doing really well. She is amazing. She is an amazing girl.”

And apparently so! Kate Hudson was spotted having dinner with super-biker Lance Armstrong over the weekend. The seven-time Tour de France winner and the actress were spotted in Austin on both Friday and Saturday nights. First, the pair dined at Eddie V’s, a high-end restaurant frequented by Lance, then the next night the pair ate at the casual Hula Hut with the Lance’s three children and a group of friends. A source from the restaurant said: 

“They came in with the kids and a large group of people. They ordered dinner – tacos, burgers and fries and that sort of stuff.”

Mark Wahlberg is getting some additional coverage these days! Mark is featured on the cover of “Men’s Health” magazine for the month of June 2008 and the description reads that the singer-turned-actor ”pulls no punches.” And this magazine makes total sense for Mr. Mark Wahlberg – he’s been a fitness freak since middle school and always keeps himself in impeccable shape!
