It was reported that Ashlee and Pete were possibly pregnant back in April, but they took their time to finally confirm the pregnancy rumor more recently. I guess Daddy Simpson wanted to make sure Ashlee had a ring on her hand before everyone got a hold of the news. It’s just more proper that way!

So here is the new Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, which will be the professional name that she goes by. Her legal name was actually changed to Ashlee Wentz, but that would just further confuse her already confused fans.
