Hilary Duff looked cute at the Rodeo Drive Walk of Stars Awards. I really like her hair this way, but that’s just my opinion. It would be very odd if she didn’t look at all fashionable at the Walk of Style awards. Not to change the subject, but in case you didn’t know, Hilary’s father was thrown in jail last week during a divorce hearing. Bob Duff was accused to violating a court order that prevented him from selling assets without the consent of estranged wife, Susan Duff.

Since Hilary’s birthday was on the 28th of September, Susan wanted a cool $25,000 to throw a 21st birthday party for Hilary. When questioned by the court, Susan said of Hilary’s dad:

“I know he’s a millionaire, and he’s got the funds. Hilary was emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father.”

Bob was ordered by the court to pay Susan $12,500 for the party and a birthday gift. Must of been a great party, but I’m sure all this sideshow bickering is really making Hilary Duff’s day.

It looks like Hilary Duff is not 90210-bound, despite the fact that some of her older fans were looking forward to seeing this happen. Last week, reports surfaced that Hilar had been offered a part on the upcoming CW spin-off, but when asked by about starring on the show, she clearly said, “No, it’s not true.”

The show, however, has landed another famous face — Lori Loughlin has signed on, a CW rep announced.

Actress and singer Hilary Duff refuses to criticize fellow actress/singer Miley Cyrus for her new racy “Vanity Fair” photo shoot. The 20-year-old Hilary says that what pictures 15-year-old Miley chooses to pose for is “her choice.” Yeah, and I would think that since Miley is a minor, her parents also have a say in that “choice.” Hilary Duff said this regarding Miley’s photos:

“Everyone goes through things and takes their own path. Who am I to judge decisions that she made? People are pushing you to do something, and if you want to do it, that’s your choice, you know? It’s not what I would choose to do, but if she did then that’s fine. That’s her choice.”

It could be time for Hillary Duff to return to high school? I don’t know if Hilary will, but she has reportedly been offered a role in the upcoming remake of “Beverly Hills 90210.” Insiders say the former “Lizzie McGuire” actress was offered the role of Annie Mills, “a Beverly Hills High student who is into theater acting.”

At this time, it is unclear if Hilary has or will accept the role in the 90s show spin-off.

Hilary Duff is usally a happy-go-lucky type girl, but today she just looks mad if you ask me. My guess is the paparazzo taking these candid photos is getting the best of Hilary on this early morning — and she’s not in the mood.

She may have showed up at the lot unprepared for this photographer, but it was a whole different story for Hilary’s Maxim photos.
