Here is singer Ashlee Simpson and hubby Pete Wentz in LA as they try to elude the paparazzi as these candid photos are snapped. Ashlee and Pete are probably laughing because everyone is so into their photos right now, yet they haven’t really done anything lately except get married.

I like the photos though. The two stars were ready for a photo-frenzy because both Ashlee Simpson and her beau have their shades on — and you will notice it’s dark out. That’s just how the celebrities roll out in Hollywood!

So well all know Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, but is she having twins? I mean those have been the rumor circulating throughout Hollywood and some of the blogs… but is it true? Not if you believe Pete Wentz. And I’m still on the fence with regards to Pete.

Regardless, Pete Wentz has denied rumors that his new wife Ashlee Simpson is pregnant with twins. Pete even admitted that the rumor is all his fault — since he made a mistake of calling the baby “them” on a radio show.

The singer even got in touch with Perez Hilton to clear up the mistake explaining that he meant to say “baby” instead of “them.”

“I can tell you we are absolutely not having twins.”

Ashlee Simpson and “Fall Out Boy” bassist Pete Wentz were married Saturday night in what turned out to be a very unconvential wedding ceremony! Ashlee’s father, Joe Simpson, presided over the wedding ceremony which — get this – had an “Alice in Wonderland” theme! Jessica Simpson was on hand as the maid of honor.

The wedding ceremony took place in the backyard of Joe and Tina Simpson’s Encino home and was attended by approximately 150 guests. Celebrities on hand included Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, “Scrubs” actor Donald Faison and girlfriend Cacee Cobb, as well as everyone’s favorite boyfriend, Tony Romo.

Reports indicate Ashlee wore an ivory lace Monique Lhuillier dress and a diamond necklace with matching earrings, while Pete wore a Dior Homme tuxedo. The wedding pictures are already sold to “People” magazine, but no one knows how much they went for.

A rep for singer Ashlee Simpson just confirmed that she did marry rocker Pete Wentz in an intimate ceremony Saturday evening. The couple exchanged vows in front of over 150 guests at Ashlee’s parent’s home located in California. A person from Ash’s camp said:

“We’re delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were married this evening in front of family and close friends.”

Ashlee Simpson, 23, and Pete Wentz, 28, were actually married by her father, Joe Simpson. The singer wore an ivory lace gown by Monique Lhuillier, and took a hands on role in preparation for the wedding ceremony. And yes Jessica Simpson was at the ceremony and was the maid of honor.  Among the guests were Jessica’s boyfriend Tony Romo, Nicole Richie, and boyfriend Joel Madden.

“Around noon on Saturday, the groom arrived via limo at the Encinco, Calif., home of Ashlee’s dad Joe Simpson, who also officiated over the non-denominational ceremony under white tents. Big sis Jess, who arrived with on-off beau Tony Romo before noon in the Employee of the Month star’s Range Rover, was maid of honor. According to reports, Pete’s bulldog Hemingway served as ring-bearer.”

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have reportedly sold first rights to their wedding photos to “People” magazine. In addition, it is being reported that the celebrity magazine is paying “well over” one million dollars for the marriage pics. The best I can tell, Ashlee and Pete are still planning to get married this Saturday.

When asked about the place and time of the wedding ceremony, all a friend could say was:

“The time and location of the ceremony has not been revealed.”

All  reports indicate that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are set to get married this comig Saturday. And sources are reporting that the couple did not send out any invitations! However, they only notified close family and friends to “save the date.”

Although I don’t have the details, it’s all set up to be more-or-less like a typical wedding The rehearsal dinner will be held Friday and the wedding ceremony will follow on Saturday. No word on the time and location of the ceremony, so it could take place in California or back home in Texas. A source with connections to the couple said:

“Proper invites have not been sent out, but guests have been given a save-the-date notice.”

All I can say is: “Don’t do it Ashlee!”

It’s almost time for these two lover birds to walk down the aisle! According to reports, musicians Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are planning to walk down the aisle in a quick ceremony this week — I guess it’s kind of a rush to tie the knot!

Let’s keep in mind that the couple were engaged last month — so I have to agree with the others that say Ashlee is rushing to get married and put this wedding in the books. This could be a very critical time for these young celebs. Both are very young in their respective careers and young in age. Could this marriage be celebrity mistake of the year?

The wedding date is allegedly set for May 16, but the exact time and location have yet to be revealed. An insider told the world:

“The location will not be revealed until the day of the wedding but guests are told it will be an hour drive from Los Angeles.”

According to several sources, Jessica Simpson is quite jealous that her younger sister Ashlee Simpson is both pregnant and engaged. It appears that Ashlee could be pregnant and planning a wedding, but Jessica feels it should be her doing all these thing before her little sister. All I can say is that life is not planned. Jessica was married before and didn’t have kids, but it’s easy to say that everything happens for a reason. But does it?

Ashlee Simpson was recently engaged to her boyfriend Pete Wentz. The couple is rumored to be expecting their first child, but no one is stepping up to be straight forward on whether or not she is actually pregnant. An insider heard Jessica Simpson say:

“Jessica never imagined that her tom-boy younger sister would have a baby first. It would be very hard for her not to be jealous. Jessica couldn’t be happier for her sister, but still can’t help feeling jealous. She’d love to be planning a wedding with a baby on the way.”
